For the 12th year of the annual Manifesto Festival of Community and Culture, Manifesto presented two weeks of music and art-based programming in multiple venues throughout Toronto.
Leading up to the main event which featured headliners Chronixx, Charlotte Dey Wilson, and many more, Manifesto hosted the Chronixx Meet and Greet, giving reggae fans an opportunity to vibe out to the conscious beats of the live band and sound at Ossington Tire.
